DUNNELLON, Fla. -- A statewide silver alert has been issued for a 76-year-old man from Dunnellon Tuesday afternoon.
According to officials, 76-year-old Fred Nelson disappeared from his house Monday around 8:40 a.m.
He could be traveling in a 2017 white Honda Accord with Florida license plate tag # BDLW11 with his dog. He does not have a cellphone.
Anyone with information on his location is asked to dial 911 immediately.
