JACKSONVILLE, Fla — There was just over 14% voter turnout for the several city council runoff races in Duval County Tuesday. 

The Duval County Supervisor of Elections reported that 87,267 ballots were cast for the City Council positions up for grabs.

With 199 / 199 participating precincts reporting, it's safe to predict that the winners of these races will remain the same even with vote-by-mail ballots partially reported.

Tameka Gaines Holly (D) 42%

City Council District 10

Brenda Priestly Jackson (D) WINNER 65%
Celestine Mills (D) 35%

City Council District 14

Randy DeFoor (R) WINNER 51%
Sunny Gettinger (D) 49%

City Council At-Large Group 1

Lisa King (D) 46%
Terrance Freeman (R) WINNER 54%

City Council At-Large Group 3

Tommy Hazouri (D) WINNER 58%
Greg Rachal (R) 42%

This runoff election consists of races where no candidate received over 50 percent of the votes in the March city election.
