No students injured after school bus crash in Clay County

Deputies with the Clay County Sheriff's Office say the crash happened when a vehicle rear-ended a school bus on CR-220 near Canova Road.

No students were injured following a crash involving a school bus in Clay County Wednesday morning.

The crash happened on CR-220 near Canova Road and caused heavy delays in the area. There are no further delays, according to the Florida Highway Patrol traffic map.

Deputies with the Clay County Sheriff's Office say the crash happened when a vehicle rear-ended a school bus and that there were only minor injuries. None of these injuries were students.

An earlier version of this story said students were injured in the crash. It has since been corrected, stating that no students were injured.
