Desmond Demps is the youth and young adult Pastor of The Bethel Church, in Jacksonville. He's always had a heart for young people. He strives to speak into the lives of the next generation, by encouraging them to be the best individuals they can be.
"I think often times, we lose our self to live to whatever title we carry. At the end of the day, my name is Desmond Demps. By being me I was able to help other people," Demps said.
When he's away from church, Pastor Demps is spending time at Andrew Jackson High School, working closely with their student formed organization, 'Tigers For Christ.'
He prays with the students, teaches them life skills, and empowers them to take the lead. He hopes the kids will take a stand and shake the world with their impact.
