JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The Supervisor of Elections announced Tuesday that 15 polling locations changed in Duval County.
The reasoning for the changes includes voter complaints, sites damaged by storms, but most locations involve sites no longer wanting to participate. Five locations also had name changes.
