One person was sent to the hospital with life-threatening injuries Tuesday after they were stabbed on the Southside, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
JSO said they got a call about the stabbing around 10:35 a.m. in the 10500 block of Shamrock Road.
When police arrived, they found a man and a woman believed to be in their 60s. Both of them were injured and transported to the hospital.
Police say one of them had life-threatening injuries, believed to be stab wounds. They didn't specify if it was the man or the woman.
Though it is early in the investigation, police say they believe this was a domestic incident.
