JACKSONVILLE, Fla — A serious traffic crash with multiple patients caused delays in the Ortega Forest area Monday, according to the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department.
The crash happened at Roosevelt Boulevard and Huntington Road. JFRD said it was a mass casualty incident with more than five patients.
