JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Sausage Dudes are two Jacksonville residents, Patryk Krasinska (The Chef Dude) and Paul Martinez (The Marketing Dude).
What was once a hobby and family recipe has since turned into a mission-minded business. Proceeds of sausage sales go to the Boys and Girls Club of Northeast Florida, where Krasinska works as executive chef and Martinez is chief executive officer.
Publix stores in Jacksonville have all flavors of the Sausage Dudes' products.
