KINGSLAND, Ga. — The Kingsland Police Department is searching for a missing runaway 15-year-old girl who reportedly left home early Saturday morning and has not been seen since.
Ja'Liyah Stephens has black hair, brown eyes, stands at 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 115 pounds, police said.
