One person was rushed to a hospital Wednesday night after a home caught fire in Westside Jacksonville, according to the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department.
The blaze happened in the 8300 block of Old Plank Road at around 6 p.m.
The home was reported as all cleared after JFRD said one person was transported to a hospital. This person's condition has not yet been released.
The fire was reported to be under control at around 6:30 p.m.
An investigator has been called to the scene.
