It’s no secret – millennials love being front and center. But, with the spotlight comes a lot of pressure.
Years ago, LeAmber Stephens discovered her passion for helping those in the modeling industry. It’s no easy task because models are super self-conscious. Stephens provides them with the necessary tools to rip the runway while building their confidence.
“Sometimes we’re just so hard on ourselves,” Stephens said. She helps groom and develop models that don’t have much experience. “When they come in, they’re very, very hard on themselves. They’re broken, and we give them that security.”
Through her agency Florida's Next Top Model, Stephens plans to empower her models so that they’ll dream big. Many of them hope to model in New York, Los Angeles and Paris.
