Jumbo Shrimp to hold 'Florida Man Night', try to break weird Florida laws

The Jumbo Shrimp are going as far as to have local lawyer John Phillips in building to make sure they're truly breaking the law.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — More than 21 million people call the Sunshine State home, but none are more infamous than Florida Man.

Go to the Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville July 26 and you may find yourself at the center of the newest 'Florida Man' story.

The Jumbo Shrimp are going to try to break a weird Florida law every inning of the game.

This could get very weird, as there are a few very strange Florida laws... The popular North Florida magazine, 'Void', made a list of 10 weird Florida Laws and, let's just say, some of them shouldn't be broken in a public setting.

Will anyone try to sell their children? Will any unmarried couples commit "lewd acts" in the stands? If so, someone may be reported to the JSO officer standing by the top of the bleachers.

The Jumbo Shrimp are going as far as to have local lawyer John Phillips in building to make sure they're truly breaking the law. Or maybe he's there to represent everyone if things get out of hand...

Wednesday, thousands of Florida Man stories were all over the internet after a viral post asked people to find their Florida Man story.
