JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Florida Lottery announced on Tuesday that Jacksonville woman claimed a $1 million top prize in "The Price is Right Scratch-Off" game.

Gai Giang, 70, decided to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $770,000.

Giang's winning ticket was purchased at the Ramona Food Store at 8019 Ramona Blvd. W. in Jacksonville, according to the Florida Lottery. The retailer will also receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning ticket.
