Each fitness class provides new and different stations, routes, and exercises in order to maximize fitness results and prevent boredom. We also have weekly themed classes, for example, during our Mother's Day themed workout, we sprinted clothes from table to laundry basket one at a time and changed a diaper while holding a plank.
