The Bradford County Sheriff's Office announced on Facebook Wednesday that their agency will be one of the rotating departments featured AETV’s original new documentary series, “Live PD Wanted."
The show follows diverse police departments from across the country in real-time as they patrol their communities using dash cams along with fixed rig and handheld cameras.
"The whole agency is so excited to have national exposure on something we do on a daily basis," said Major Brad Smith with the Bradford County Sheriff's Office."The first episode airs tomorrow and we couldn't be more excited."
Recently, the Tallahassee Police Department was featured on the show which raised questions about how Marsy's Law is handled in live television situations.
Because of Marsy’s Law broad interpretations, each agency has the ability to make decisions on what should - and should not - be shown on live television in order to protect the privacy of any potential victim.
"Because Live PD is a separate entity from us and responsible for the video that airs, LIVE PD is the one making sure they adhere to Marsy's Law," said Smith.
First Coast News has reached out to the network to ask them how they plan to adhere to Marsy's law during the live broadcast and have not heard back yet.
You can catch “Live PD Wanted: Warrants” during its premiere on Thursday at 10 p.m.
