The Wildlife Rescue Coalition of Northeast Florida says one of its volunteers was able to save a small opossum that was teetering on the side of the Mathews Bridge.
"With the help of Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, the opossum was rescued and is being relocated to a safer place in the wild," said The Wildlife Rescue Coalition of Northeast Florida.
