Police are searching for three armed suspects after a home invasion on Jacksonville's Northside where a woman had to be taken to the hospital.
On Friday, officers responded to the 1200 block of Ida Street around 11:45 a.m. in reference to a person being shot.
Prior to officer’s arrival, one female victim was taken to a local area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Although the shooting occurred inside a residence, police say that the three armed suspects were seen driving a black Jeep Cherokee with dark tint.
JSO's robbery unit responded to the scene and interviewed witnesses.
