The Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department is having its fourth annual march to commemorate fallen firefighters.
The Sea of Blue Fallen Firefighters Memorial March will take place in Downtown Jacksonville at 10 a.m. on Thursday.
Hundreds of off-duty firefighters in dress uniform will participate in the 45-minute walk. At 11 a.m. there will be a ceremony.
