The mayors of Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach and Atlantic Beach announced Saturday morning that all beaches will remain open amid the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
The three mayors signed an emergency deceleration for the beaches area alongside Jacksonville Mayor Lenny Curry.
