Zechariah Presley is charged with voluntary manslaughter and violation of oath of office after the shooting death of 33-year-old Tony Green.

The trial for former Kingsland police officer who is facing manslaughter charges is expected to wrap up on Thursday.

Zechariah Presley is charged with voluntary manslaughter and violation of oath of office after the shooting death of 33-year-old Tony Green.

On Thursday morning, a forensic stress situation expert testified on the stand for an hour and a half.

Later on, the Defense declared it was resting and a rebuttal witness will be called next.

The court is expecting to hear closing statements. Depending on timing, jury instructions may also be heard, however, no verdict is expected until Friday.

During Wednesday's proceedings, Presley was questioned by his attorney to explain what he says happened the night he shot and killed Green.

An analyst brought in by the defense made a simulation of Presley's testimony and the footage captured that night in June 2018.
