A woman caught on camera swiping a jar filled with cash donations has been scheduled to go on trial in January.
Tammy Crews was arrested in August for allegedly stealing the jar filled with money meant for the family of 7-year-old Heidy Villanueva, who was killed by a stray bullet during a shooting on 103rd Street.
The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office says Crews admitted to stealing the jar to feed her crack habit.
