Suspects sought after alleged kidnapping, armed robbery of Jacksonville family

JSO said the suspect is considered armed and dangerous.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla — The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is searching for suspects they said kidnapped, blind-folded and pistol-whipped a father before driving him to the ATM to steal his money.

JSO said the victim, who lives in the Fouraker Road and Wilson Boulevard area, was walking up to his house after work late at night when two suspects pulled up, threatened and kidnapped him.

The suspects reportedly demanded the man's belongings while forcing him into their dark-colored vehicle, JSO said. The suspects then allegedly blindfolded and pistol-whipped him.

The suspects then drove the victim to an ATM, JSO said, telling the victim they'd kill him if he didn't give them his debit card PIN.

The suspects then drove the victim back to his home where they followed him inside and allegedly threatened his wife for at gunpoint, demanding her purse and credit card information. The suspects then fled the scene, JSO said.

There were two children inside the home at the time of the incident, JSO said.

JSO considers the suspects armed and dangerous.
