The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office identified a boy Monday as the victim in a fatal shooting Sunday afternoon in Moncrief.
Marquette Arnaud Clark, 16, was found dead Sunday afternoon at West Moncrief Road and East Ken Knight Drive.
JSO initially tweeted that a person was shot in that area on Sunday.
The office later confirmed that a man was found shot to death in the street after responding to a shots fired call.
No suspect information is available at this time.
JSO said this is an active homicide investigation.
