A man is dead after police discovered his body during a burglary call in Englewood overnight.
The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said they got a call about a burglary in progress around 2:20 a.m. in the 3400 block of Drum Street. When police arrived, they found the man dead with apparent gunshot wounds.
Police say there was another person on the scene. They took that person into custody for questioning.
JSO said there are no outstanding suspects at this time. Police are interviewing witnesses for any additional information.
