A person transported themselves to the hospital Saturday night following reports of a person shot on the Westside, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
Police said they received reports that a person had been shot around 11:46 p.m. in the 1200 block of Labelle Street.
When they arrived at the scene, they discovered that the victim had transported themselves to a local hospital, JSO said.
At this time, the identity and status of that victim is not known.
JSO's aggravated battery detectives are investigating and no suspect information has been disclosed at this time.
