A spokesperson with Florida Urgent Rescue (FUR) said they were dropped off at the Baker County Animal Control, which is closed during the weekend. At this time, it is unknown who dropped off the animals or how long they were outside the facility.

FUR picked up the dogs and dropped them off at the St. Francis Hospital on Atlantic Boulevard where they are in the evaluation stage. The goal is to get the dogs fostered.

FUR said the dogs are all adult Australian Shepherds, believed to be backyard breeding dogs. None of the dogs are in life-threatening condition.

If you would like to foster one of the dogs, you can get more info by clicking here.
