Habitat for Humanity of Jacksonville (HabiJax) is currently accepting interest forms from individuals who are interested in pursuing the dream of an affordable home.

Those interested in taking the next steps toward homeownership should visit habijax.org/own. This site lists the program requirements and interested buyers can submit an online interest form to see if they meet the minimum qualifications.

A nonrefundable fee of $25 (one buyer) or $35 (two buyers) is required prior to submission and is payable through a secure online form.

They say the fee allows them to check credit as required by the program. Candidates are able to check if they meet the minimum qualifications prior to submitting the payment.

Interest forms are available at the HabiJax offices at 2404 Hubbard St, but individuals are strongly encouraged to use the online form.

Habitat for Humanity of Jacksonville, also known as HabiJax, was founded, in 1988 and has become the largest non-profitaffordable homeownership provider in Duval County.
