Doors for Welcome to Rockville's Sunday performances opened at 3:30 p.m. after the music festival was delayed due to severe weather, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office.
The City of Jacksonville has extended the curfew so that "Welcome to Rockville" can continue.
Doors were initially set to open to fans at noon before the 3-and-a-half-hour delay.
