Rolling Stones tickets to Jacksonville show go on sale Friday!

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday. Organizers expect to sell out to a crowd of more than 50,000 on the first day they're on sale!

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Tickets to the Rolling Stones concert at TIAA Bank Field next April are going on sale this Friday!

The classic rock band will be playing on April 24, 2019, at 7:30 p.m., shy of 30 years since Jacksonville last got some "Satisfaction" from the band when they played in 1989 during their "Steel Wheels" tour. The band also played in Jacksonville back in 1975.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. and range from $70 to $500. Organizers told First Coast News that they expect to sell out the first day they're on sale!

Part of the reason why they expect tickets to sell out so fast is that the Stones only scheduled 13 shows in the United States during their 2019 "No Filter" tour.

"The closest show north of us is Washington D.C., so where is everyone from Atlanta, the Carolinas gonna come? They're all coming to Jacksonville," said Chad Johnson, the senior vice president of sales and service and chief content officer for the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The Jaguars tell First Coast News that the capacity for the concert will be slightly more than 50,000 and the stage will be in one of the stadium end zones – most likely the north end of the field.

The Stones concert comes in the midst of several other performers and bands plan to play in Jacksonville in April, including KISS, P! nk and Kenny Chesney.
