Kid Rock, Jason Aldean, Lynyrd Skynyrd performing in Jacksonville at TIAA Bank Field in September

The three acts are regular performers on the First Coast but will play a stadium show for the first time collectively prior to Week 1 of the NFL season.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The Jaguars announced during Thursday's "State of the Franchise" presentation that Kid Rock, Jason Aldean and Lynyrd Skynyrd will headline a concert at the soon-to-be-named TIAA Bank Field in September.

Jacksonville native Lynyrd Skynrd band members Johnny Van Zant and Rickey Medlocke were in attendance for the team's presentation Thursday afternoon and offered words of excitement.

"Playing where the band got its start all those years ago is always special but having [Jason Aldean and Kid Rock] with us makes it even sweeter," Rossington said. "We can't wait to rock Everbank Field!"

The three acts are regular performers on the First Coast but will play a stadium show for the first time collectively prior to Week 1 of the NFL season.

The concert will take place Sunday, Sept. 2.
