Jacksonville ice rink offering free skating lessons during National Skating Month

January is National Skating Month and to celebrate the Jacksonville Ice and Sportsplex is offering new skaters a free lesson.

Celebrate National Skating Month at the Jacksonville Ice and Sportsplex with a free skating class!

The rink is offering skaters the chance to learn how to skate for FREE. During the month of January, all first-time skaters can get one "Learn to Skate" class of their choosing.

Jan. 11 - Hero Day: Dress as your favorite hero!
Jan. 18 - Crazy Day: Dress in your best crazy outfit!
Jan. 25 - Skater Day: Dress as your favorite skater! Be on the lookout for a visit from Snowplow Sam!

Learn to Skate - Jacksonville Ice & Sportsplex

Our Learn to Skate classes focus on teaching the fundamentals of skating to prepare for a successful transition into figure skating or hockey. Led by our certified skating instructors, each level builds a foundation that ensures every skater is properly prepared for the next step in ice skating instruction.
