Jessica Clark anchors the First Coast News 7 pm newscasts on ABC 25. She also reports from the First Coast News Southern Bureau, located in St. Augustine.
Jessica has covered St. Johns County and St. Augustine since 2005, longer than any other local television reporter in the market.
Jessica is an award winning journalist. She has won two Emmy awards for the story "Life By Accident" in 2013 and for 30-minute documentary called "St. Augustine 450" in 2016. In 2015, she was also nominated for an Emmy for her story "Trip Back in Time".
She has covered hurricanes, floods, and tornadoes as well as presidential visits. She has interviewed entertainers, former presidents, and presidential candidates. However, she is just as comfortable interviewing locals about issues that impact their lives.
Jessica joined the First Coast News team in 2005. She has been reporting and anchoring since 1997. She has worked in Dothan, Alabama, Columbus, Georgia, and in Ft. Myers, Florida.
Jessica graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in telecommunication - broadcast news.
Jessica lives in St. Augustine. She grew up in Tampa.
