Destiny McKeiver is a Weekend Anchor and Reporter. She may look familiar to you because she was born and raised in Jacksonville.

She went to Elementary, Middle and High School in Jacksonville and graduated from college in Tampa, Florida.

She returns to Jacksonville after spending two years in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Destiny has reported several major events in Jacksonville. She covered Hurricanes Matthew and Irma. Additionally, she covered the abduction of Cherish Perrywinkle and the Jacksonville Landing mass shooting.

Destiny attended S.A. Hull Elementary School where she was Salutatorian of her 5th grade class.

She attended Darnell Cookman Gifted and Academically Talented Medical Magnet, Stanton College Preparatory School and graduated from First Coast High School.

Destiny graduated college in three years and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication.

Destiny interned with Fox 13 in Tampa, Florida.

She also interned for Clear-channel radio and CBS News as the RNC came to Tampa in 2012.

When Destiny isn’t covering the news of the day, she can be caught reading a good book or spending time with family.

Destiny is a member of the National Association of Black Journalists.

She’s also a member of the Bethel Church in Downtown Jacksonville.
