2013 26.2 with Donna: Spectators information & road closures

26.2 Curb Crew

Calling all businesses, neighborhoods and residents of Jacksonville!

Date: Sunday, February 17, 2013

Time: Race Starts at 7:30 a.m.

Do you live on or near the course? Be a part of the 26.2 Curb Crew! Runners love our community because we love them for 26.2 miles.

Spirited supporters and curb crews are encouraged to make signs, banners and dress in PINK to cheer on the runners as they complete their journey to Finish Breast Cancer. Cowbells, signs, thunder sticks, and other cheering supplies in our Gear Shop, and at any 26.2 with Donna merchandise or sponsor booths at the 26.2 With Donna Health & Fitness Expo presented by Eisai during race weekend.

Cheering supplies can also be found at nearby hydration stations. Please be respectful of private and public property and dispose of your cheering materials appropriately.

While runners can be viewed along the most of the 26.2 mile course, the following locations are optimal viewing areas:

- Latham Plaza

- Bull Memorial Park

- Atlantic Beach Town Center

- Spectator Shuttle Points:

- Atlantic Beach Town Center - Atlantic Blvd and 3rd Street (A1A)

- 3rd Street N (A1A) & 2nd Avenue N

Please note that access to communities along the route may be inhibited for up to seven hours beginning at 7:30 a.m. on race day. Please plan for delays. No vehicles will be permitted to park on impacted city streets beginning Saturday, February 16 after 6 p.m. through Sunday, February 17, until the streets are opened for access.
