JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A Tuscan-inspired restaurant is opening at the St. Johns Town Center on August 9 and will begin hiring staff on Monday.

BRIO Tuscan Grille, which is located at 4910 Big Island Drive, will be hiring for more than 100 positions, including hosts/hostesses, sous chef, bartenders, wait staff, dishwashers, prep/line cooks, and assistant managers, according to a release.

The restaurant serves "authentic, northern Italian cuisine" including steaks, chops and seafood, the release said.

Hiring hours will be 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday-Friday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. Applications can be filled out by visiting the hiring site, located at 4866-04 Big Island Drive, or by filling out an application online on BRIO's website.
