Officer charged with soliciting prostitution
A Jacksonville Sheriff's Officer has been arrested for allegedly soliciting prostitution. David Sumlin, an eight-year employee, was arrested on Tuesday by the Integrity Unit, Undersheriff Dwain Senterfitt said at a news conference.
