JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Transportation Authority has suspended all bus routes to the beaches area.
All inland bus routes will continue to operate normally. However, any stops scheduled for any area east of the Intracoastal Waterway are canceled for the duration of the severe weather.
Beaches bus service will resume when weather conditions are safe for them to return to normal operation.
JTA is monitoring wind speeds and may make additional service changes as weather dictates.
Customers may call the JTA Dispatch at 632-5542 if they need additional service information.
