JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A man pleaded guilty earlier this week in the shooting death of 33-year-old Kahron Wamke, according to a release from the State Attorney's Office.
Brad Andrew Lippincott, 31 was charged with manslaughter for fatally shooting Wamke in March 2012.
Police said, as a result of road rage, Lippincott shot into Wamke's vehicle while driving near 103rd Street and Jammes Road.
The incident started with a argument over a traffic dispute.
Wamke believed that Lippincott had cut him off on the road and after an argument, Lippincott pulled out a gun and fired seven shots at Wamke's car.
Wamke was killed and his 8-year-old daughter, who was also in the car, was not hurt.
Lippincott will be sentenced December 19.
