JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Part of the departures curbside area at Jacksonville International Airport has been cordoned off due to the discovery of a powder.
The airport is waiting for the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office HAZMAT team to investigate what the powder is, according to a spokesperson.
The discovery of powder has had no impact on flights and operations are still ongoing.
People may be rerouted when picking up passengers, but operations are otherwise normal at this time.
