ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. -- The St. Johns County Sheriff's Office announced at a Wednesday news conference that 32 of 43 suspects in Operation Ancient City Brewers have been arrested.
The operation is in connection with a methamphetamine warrant sweep. SJSO has been monitoring the suspects with the help of the DEA for the past year-and-a-half, according to a release from Sgt. Catherine Payne.
Eleven suspects have outstanding warrants, Payne said.
Locating and arresting the suspects took place over the past two days with the help of the St. Augustine Beach Police Department, Flagler County Sheriff's Office, Clay County Sheriff's Office, St. Augustine Police Department and St. Johns County Fire Rescue.
The above agencies also assisted in locating the potential meth lab locations: 2500 block of A1A South, 1400 block of San Juline Circle and the 5000 block of Avenue B.
Although arrests have been made, the investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information regarding wanted suspects is asked to call SJSO at (904)824-8304 or Crime Stoppers at (888)277-TIPS.
