JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The future of the Bostwick Building is looking brighter.
The building, which sits at the corner of Ocean and Bay streets and has a Jaguar mural on it, is now under contract.
According to Guaranty Trust Investments, an unnamed buyer has expressed interest in restoring the building.
The building has fallen into disrepair and needs thousands of dollars in work.
The current owners faced several code violations and fines and wanted to tear down the building, but because of it's historic past couldn't get permission.
The building has been up for sale for years.
