JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The man accused in the shooting death of 17-year-old Jordan Davis appeared in court Tuesday for a pretrial hearing.
Michael Dunn, 46, is facing a first degree murder charge in the death of Davis.
The judge did not make a decision on bond, or protecting witness information.

Dunn's next hearing was set for April 9.
Davis died after being shot Nov. 23 during an argument at a Southside Jacksonville gas station that police say started over loud music.
