JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A man has non-life-threatening injuries after he was shot outside of his house in the 3800 block of Laurie Street.

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office got a call about the shooting around 4 p.m., according to Det. Jeff Overholser.

No one else was injured in the shooting. Police are now interviewing witnesses and no suspects are in custody, Overholser said.
