JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A man wanted by the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office turned himself in Friday evening.
Police say 27-year-old Joseph Patrick Chambers is responsible for shooting a 3-year-old in a drive-by shooting December 28.
JSO Public Information Office Shannon Hartley said Chambers has warrants for attempted first degree murder and shooting into an occupied dwelling.

Police believe Chambers shot from a vehicle into a home in the 5600 block of Bishop Lane.
A bullet struck a 3-year-old in the foot but no other injuries were reported.
Chambers reportedly turned himself into police with his attorney present around 7:30 Friday evening.
