JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Police are investigating the suspicious death of 22-year-old woman who died Saturday night in her house in the 5600 block of W. Chirping Way in Jacksonville's Westside, according to The Florida Times-Union.
A friend who hadn't heard from her for two days alerted police at 8 p.m., Sgt. Shawn Coarsey with the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office told the Times-Union.
The T-U reports the woman was found unresponsive in the bathroom along with her 18-month-old son, according to Sgt. Coarsey.
She was transported to the hospital where she later died, according to the T-U. The child is in good condition.
