With college tuition rates on the rise, Governor Rick Scott is challenging state colleges to offer $10,000 degrees.
Seven colleges in Florida are taking the challenge to see if they can do it.
They are: Valencia College, Santa Fe College, College of Central Florida, Daytona State College, Seminole State College of Florida, Broward College and St. Petersburg College.
