JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Detectives with the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office are looking for the man they believe to be responsible for a fatal shooting that happened the beginning of November on A. Philip Randolph Boulevard.
An arrest warrant for murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon have been issued for 27-year-old James Hiawatha Russell.
Police believe Russell is responsible for the murder of Philippe Foster, 36.
Detectives at the time of the shooting said Foster was killed November 4 during an argument at the intersection of A. Philip Randolph and Jessie Street.
The shooting happened around 6 p.m.
