JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Jacksonville Jaguars coach Mike Mularkey was taken to the hospital this morning after complaints of feeling ill and was released early Monday evening.
Mularkey was in the office early this morning when he began feeling ill, according to a statement from the team. A trainer with the Jaguars took Mularkey to Baptist Hospital where he was tested.
According to Mark Long of the Associated Press, "everything checked out fine."
The Jaguars expect Coach Mularkey to be back at work Tuesday.
Assistant head coach and defensive co-coordinator Mel Tucker filled in for Mularkey at Monday's press conference.
