JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office temporarily closed Lane Avenue North from the 1000 to 3000 block due to a fire Saturday morning.

The fire was caused by an explosion at IFF Chemical plant at 2051 Lane Avenue North. 

Our news partner The Florida Times-Union reports the explosion was cause by a turpentine tank.

No injuries were reported according to the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department.
