JACKSONVILLE, Fla. --  A University of North Florida student says she was robbed in broad daylight by two men wearing masks and gloves in a campus parking garage.

The incident was reported to UNF police on Thursday night, and the school sent students emails about the robbery and posted crime alert posters on campus Friday morning.

The female student claims the robbery happened late in the afternoon while going to her car. She says one of the men covered her mouth with something and she woke up hours later in the back seat of her car. A small amount of money was taken.

UNF students who are on campus following summer classes were aware of what happened.

Jay McDonough was most scared by "the fact that it seems premeditated."

Anyone with information about the robbery can call the University of North Florida Police Department at 620-2800.
